WILLEMSTAD - Jacinta Constancia and her ex-husband must repay 365,000 guilders and interest to the Bureau Ziektekosten Voorvoorziening (BZV), the institution that provides health care materials.
The former Minister of Health was previously sentenced to 20 months in prison and a five-year ban on holding a public office. Together with her former partner, she took that money instead of paying the bill for 40,000 undelivered surgical face masks.
Constancia also must pay 10,000 guilders litigation costs.
