Four Fintech companies founded Curaçao Fintech Association (CFA) and will 'promote' innovative financial services and payment me

WILLEMSTAD - Last Tuesday November 9th, was the official founding day of the 'Curaçao Fintech Association' (CFA). CFA is established to act as a formal sparring partner of the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten (CBCS) and other relevant stakeholders in the field of fintech and innovative payment solutions.

 

Financial technology, Fintech, refers to the integration of technology into the offerings of financial services companies to improve the user experience and delivery to users. CFA strives to create an environment conducive to propelling innovative payment solutions for the island of Curacao and the region that is much needed. The association was founded by four fintech companies: Profound, IBIS Management Associates N.V., Ictual and CX Pay. All other fintech or fintech-related companies are welcome to join the association and will soon receive an invitation or can approach the four board members Efia Scuotto-Luis (secretary), Geraume Bor (chairman), Clifton Wallé (vice-chairman) and David Levy Maduro (treasurer) or via email info@curfin.tech for information or to sign up.
