WILLEMSTAD - The Ministry of Traffic, Transport and Urban Planning (VVRP) is going to make a free complaint line available for duped customers of internet providers. Clients will soon be able to go there with complaints about all internet and telephone providers on the island.
The ministry is not going to handle the complaints itself, but wants to make an inventory of the actual complaints in order to be able to develop a targeted policy.
