WILLEMSTAD - The Fair Trade Authority Curaçao (FTAC) will mainly focus on the financial sector and construction this year. Last year, the competition organization already investigated price agreements and cartels in those sectors.
But more research is needed. The FTAC calls on everyone to report to the competition organization signs of possible violations of the competition rules, such as price agreements, market sharing or abuse of economic power.
