WILLEMSTAD – The regulated prices of gasoline and diesel in Curaçao will decrease as of Tuesday, December 30, according to the Regulatory Authority of Curaçao (RAC).
The price of a liter of regular gasoline will fall from Cg 1.98 to Cg 1.91, a reduction of nearly 7 cents. Diesel prices will also drop by approximately 7 cents, decreasing from Cg 1.72 to Cg 1.65 per liter.
Utilities to Become Cheaper in 2026
In addition to lower fuel prices, electricity and water tariffs will decrease starting Thursday, January 1, 2026. The adjustments are part of the monthly tariff review conducted by the Regulatory Authority of Curaçao.
RAC, which oversees price developments for oil products and public utilities on the island, said the changes reflect recent trends in energy and production costs.
The price reductions are expected to provide some financial relief to households and businesses as Curaçao enters the new year.
