WILLEMSTAD - There is a fuss about the choice of Minister Suzanne Camelia-Römer to have TExperience, her son-in-law's company, to carry out the logistics regarding the mandatory quarantine for travelers returning to Curaçao.
The mandatory tendering procedure has not been followed and the Ministry of Finance has not requested permission for exemption.
According to the ministry in a press release, there is nothing to worry about and the company in question is the most experienced organization. It is not clear on what that choice is based, because there was no tender.
