This year, the transitional arrangement for foreign trade is coming to an end and many companies are currently faced with the choice of staying in Curaçao or not.
Although Curaçao has already changed a lot in the bill proposal in connection with international standards, with regard to, for example, tax avoidance, it needs to be tightened even more. If this does not happen before the end of this year, Curaçao will be blacklisted by the European Union.
