WILLEMSTAD - At a traffic check last Saturday night, a goat thief was caught in Mahuma. Local residents had told the police that goats were being stolen.
At two o'clock the police spotted a stationary car. The 19-year-old driver was quite sweaty and said he had problems with his car. But his clothes were covered with goat hair and the police found goat manure in the car. Goats were found at the man's house.
