WILLEMSTAD - The Council of Ministers has dissolved the contract with the company of the daughter of Former Minister of Finance Kenneth Gijsbertha. The contract with Gijsbertha's daughter was 'controversial' says the government.
Vanessa Gijsbertha was hired as a consultant through her own consultancy to revise the tax system. As a consultant, she received a fee of 23 thousand guilders per month.
From May 2017 to May 2021, Gijsbertha worked as a cabinet officer for her father.
