WILLEMSTAD — The Governor of Curaçao, Mauritsz de Kort, and his delegation paid an official visit on Thursday, January 15, 2026, to the Regulatory Authority of Curaçao (RAC).
During the visit, the Governor attended a presentation led by Curt Belfor, Director of the RAC. The presentation provided an overview of the organization, its wide-ranging responsibilities, and the regulatory tasks it performs within Curaçao.
According to those present, the briefing focused on the RAC’s role in overseeing and regulating key sectors, as well as its contribution to transparency, market stability, and the proper functioning of regulated industries on the island.
