WILLEMSTAD - On December 6, the Commander of the Armed Forces (CDS), General Onno Eichelsheim, paid an introductory visit to the Governor of Curaçao, H.E. Lucille George Wout. During his visit, the CDS was accompanied by CZMCARIB Brigadier General of the Marines Frank Boots.
