WILLEMSTAD – On Tuesday, 2 December 2025, two students, Mr. Marck Hoijer and Mr. Deshaune Gosepa, paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Curaçao, His Excellency Mauritsz de Kort, as part of their participation in the Model United Nations (MUN) project recently organized by the Rotary Club of Curaçao and Rotary Club Willemstad.
They were accompanied by Ms. Tamira Lacruz, a member of the organizing committee and of the Rotary Club of Curaçao.
During the meeting, the youth representatives to the United Nations briefed the Governor on the key issues affecting young people and the topics they bring forward during sessions of UN-affiliated organizations. The visit also offered the students an opportunity to discuss their experiences and perspectives as young Curaçaoan delegates engaging in international dialogue.
