WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) has set the following guidelines for visitors: a maximum of two visitors can visit a patient at the same time so as not to be a burden to the other patients in the room; smoking is not permitted anywhere; visitors must dress neatly and respectfully; children are not allowed to play in the corridors, elevators or on stairs; unsolicited photography or filming is not permitted; pets are not allowed; taking food and drink without consultation is not permitted; the CMC is not liable for damage, loss or theft in any form; silence is necessary for the patients' healing process; and sick persons are urged not to come to visit.
The management of the CMC says that if there are any questions, the hospital can always be contacted through the proper channels.
