WILLEMSTAD - Carnival group Hats off to Dreams has become the big winner of the carnival 2019. The group participated for the first time this year and won 5 prizes in addition to the Group of the Year prize.
The grand prize was accompanied by a sum of money, 15,000 guilders. The Maria Immaculata Lyceum won the prize for best teenage carnival group. Among the children, the group The Cutie Kids emerged as the best group.
