WILLEMSTAD, ROME - The case in which Italian Attorney General Roberto Pelicano is heard at the request of the lawyers of former Prime Minister Gerrit Schotte continues in March 2020.
That was determined on Wednesday. There are now 14 questions for Pelicano that will be sent to him. The Curaçao court wanted to hear Pelicano on 6 June this year at the request of the lawyers of former Prime Minister Gerrit Schotte and his partner Cicely van der Dijs.
According to the lawyers, the Italian would shed a different light on part of the burden of proof that the Curaçao Public Prosecution Service put forward in the case against Schotte and Van der Dijs.
