TOKYO - The Dutch 4 x 400 meter relay team wrote history with a silver Olympic medal. In addition to Tony van Diepen, the Curaçao athletes Liemarvin Bonevacia, Terrence Agard and Ramsey Angela were part of the team.
With a time of 2.57.18, the men pulverized their own Dutch record. The US took the gold. Botswana grabbed the bronze after Ramsey Angela still succeeded to pass the African athlete in the final lap.
