WILLEMSTAD - There is a draft agreement between the government of Curaçao, the General Pension Fund and the Central Bank.
This agreement would eventually allow Giro Bank account holders to have all their money.
Since the end of last year, there has been a moratorium and account holders are in the dark about whether they can withdraw all their money.
The agreement stipulates that these people can get their money back between one and five years.
