WILLEMSTAD - Hotel Otrobanda cannot force the Gaming Control Board (GCB) to cooperate in repairing defective slot machines. This is according to a court ruling. The hotel operates a casino but does so without a permit.
Although this was tolerated by the supervisor, he does not feel obliged to assist in repairing the sealed machines. There is no valid gambling license.
The judge agrees. It is possible that the operational management of the hotel is now in danger.
