WILLEMSTAD - A hotel in Piscadera says that two groups have recently been placed in the hotel, people from Colombia and Venezuela.
The groups have come and gone, but the bill has not been paid yet. The Curaçao Tourist Board would pay for it, but that has not yet happened.
