WILLEMSTAD - Two master's students from the VU University Amsterdam are conducting research into the human rights situation of migrants who have been arrested on Curaçao without residence papers. They started last month.
Based on interviews and a survey, they visualize the living environment of the Venezuelan crisis migrants on Curaçao. It also examines how the government relates to NGOs such as Human Rights Defense Curaçao. And how effective that is.
