WILLEMSTAD - President of Parliament Ana-Maria Paulette announced a parliamentary meeting today in a final attempt to approve the credentials of PAR member Emmilou Capriles.
The instruction that the Kingdom Council of Ministers in the Netherlands has given will be delayed because the Council of State still must give advice on the Royal Decree. It is the last attempt to prevent the output of an instruction.
The opposition has been boycotting every parliamentary meeting for some time out of dissatisfaction with their treatment by the government and the coalition.
