WILLEMSTAD - Last week the Court of Appeals dismissed InselAir’s lien on InterCaribbean.
The local bankrupt airline had seized half a million dollars on fuel from the Turks and Caicos airline interCaribbean.
This was because interCaribbean was not able to offer security in time for the takeover to approve the creditors' agreement. The suspension request of Inter Caribbean has also been rejected. Insel Air has been ordered to pay the costs of the proceedings.
