WILLEMSTAD - Dr. Nagy Bakir must appear before the disciplinary judge next week. He is suspected of sexual assault of several female patients.
In 2003, the internist was also convicted of serious sexual assault. That was in a hospital in the Netherlands. He was then suspended for six months. He then decided to move to Curaçao.
In 2013, again he was discredited after two colleagues and several victims filed a complaint at the Public Health Inspectorate in Willemstad.

But inspector Joe Alcalá did not do anything with the complaint - for unknown reasons - for one and a half years. The new inspector, Gersjon Pareira, did nothing with the complaint either.
