WILLEMSTAD - During the annual investigation into the receipts and payments of court fees, the court auditors found irregularities.
Court fees are the costs that litigants must pay to the General Court at the start of proceedings. An investigation was started following the irregularities found.
An employee of the Court has been placed on mandatory absence in this investigation. This person will not be allowed to enter the court premises until further notice.
