WILLEMSTAD - In the morning of January 22, the Rescue & Coordination (RCC) of the Coast Guard received a call from the police that a kayaker has found a body in the mangrove forest at the entrance to Piscadera Bay and that it is difficult to reach by land. Police have approached the Coast Guard for assistance.
A Metal Shark was immediately sent to the location. At the direction of the kayaker, the coastguard found the body and it has been secured. The case is now under further investigation.
