LOS ANGELES, WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao-born baseball player Kenley Jansen played an important role in the victory of his team Los Angeles Dodgers over fellow townsman Los Angeles Angels.
Partly thanks to his strong pitching, it became 6-5 in the final phase. Jansen recovered from the coronavirus in July.
In 2017 and 2018, he reached the World Series with the Dodgers, but the team lost against Houston Astros and Boston Red Sox respectively.

Curaçao is certainly proud of its baseball player.
