KLM did not allow 11 passengers on board

Local | By Correspondent April 30, 2021

WILLEMSTAD - Yesterday, KLM did not take 11 passengers on the flight from Amsterdam to Curaçao. This is because they could not show a valid Passenger Locator Card. This is related to the stricter test conditions, says KLM regional manager Cees Ursem.

Travelers must already have an appointment for the antigen test in Curaçao and have completed the payment. Once this has been done, it will be visible on the PLC form. Ursem says that passengers encounter a lot of problems with this on the website. Previously, KLM was still lenient, but because there was no solution from the Curaçao government website, the airline decided to take tougher action.
