WILLEMSTAD - The elementary school at Ser’i Papaya, also called Seru Fortuna, is closing its doors. Kolegio Dodo Palm has too few students for the following school year.
According to the director of the Roman Catholic School Board, there are enough children in the neighborhood. But parents choose to have their children elsewhere at school. Often because of arguments and feuds in the disadvantaged neighborhood.
