WILLEMSTAD - Citizens are making good use of the digital services provided by Public Affairs, also known as Kranshi. However, registering a change of address online is still not as common through the digital system.
The e-CuraCase system has been available since last year, allowing citizens to submit applications or registrations from home without the need to personally visit Kranshi. It is possible to utilize this digital service, and documents will be sent to the home address or can be collected.
To prevent unnecessary crowds at Kranshi, all citizens are encouraged to use the online system. Visit the Curaçao government website, click on "Digital Desk," followed by "Permit Desk," and choose 'Moving.' Select 'Moving and Change of Address' and then "Apply." Under "Details," you will find additional information about the documents required for a change of address.
