WILLEMSTAD - Last week Friday, the embattled President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro allowed several Dutch citizens from Curaçao to return to the island.
The borders were opened just for a while to allow one flight to bring these citizens home. They have been stranded in Venezuela since Maduro announced the closure of the border to obstruct the humanitarian aid.
