WILLEMSTAD - Lawyer Lizaima da Costa Gomez is considering initiating proceedings against the government. According to the lawyer, the government is responsible for a totally out of control policy of the Gaming Control Board, whereby the fundraising activities of MFK and Fundashon Gerrit Schotte are considered illegal.
According to Da Costa Gomez, the Gaming Control Board is not authorized to judge this and the lotteries have suffered considerable damage as a result of their action. She wants to hold the government liable for that.
