WILLEMSTAD - Despite warnings from the police, many people are still on the street after curfew.
35 fines were handed out on Saturday. Two catering business owners were fined for breaking the rules. In Saliña the police have closed some roads to traffic and a crowd has been separated because gathering is prohibited.
The police are calling on citizens to obey the rules in order to prevent the virus from spreading.
