WILLEMSTAD - The Maduro & Curiel’s Bank was not shocked by all the reactions to the increase in bank charges, but it did affect them. According to managing director Michael de Sola, two increases have been reversed in response to the many criticisms.
These concerns bank transactions where no alternative is possible.
The Sola admits that not only should the customer be ready for a switch to online banking, but also offer companies and government the opportunity for this.
De Sola does not know whether customers have left the MCB due to all the commotion, but he suspects some have done so.
