WILLEMSTAD - The Public Works Department (OW) informs that on Saturday, July 1st, maintenance work will be carried out at the intersection of Abattoirweg and Pletterijweg. Specifically, this will take place between the Selikor building and the Veterinary Clinic, and the Veterinary Affairs Unit in the Parera area.
Due to the poor condition of the road, OW will scrape off the old asphalt surface and apply a new layer. These maintenance works are expected to last for one day. The contractor, CWM, will be responsible for the execution of the project, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
During the maintenance work, the intersection of Abattoirweg and Pletterijweg will be closed to traffic. Signage and barriers will be in place to guide motorists through alternative routes.
