WILLEMSTAD - Within the current coalition partner PAR, a major evaluation of the election defeat of 19 March is taking place these days.
Compared to the elections four years earlier, the party has lost 7,000 votes and thus two parliamentary seats. A cause for this is being sought within the party.
Party members receive an evaluation on which they can indicate what they believe is the cause of the great loss of votes. Various matters are mentioned on the list as suggestions, such as the performance of ministers and members of Parliament and the approach to the corona crisis. But also the theft of 600 kilos of cocaine from a police station and the bad state of the road network.
