WILLEMSTAD - A 34-year-old man was arrested yesterday morning at the Registrar’s Office Kranshi. There he tried to renew his sedula (identification card). He used a fake driver's license.
The police arrived immediately and arrested him. He has been charged with forgery and scam and will remain behind bars pending the investigation.
