WILLEMSTAD - A 27-year-old man from Curaçao died in a very unfortunate way yesterday. For reasons still unknown, he fell from the rocks on the north side of the island into the water and was unable to get out.
His body was lifted out of the water with a Coast Guard helicopter. At the coast guard base at the airport, an attempt was made to resuscitate the man. But that did not yield any results.
It concerns Sheggeon Icabod Smith, born August 2, 1993.
