WILLEMSTAD - A 44-year-old man arrested for possession of more than 13 kilograms of marijuana says the coronavirus is the cause of his drug trade.
The man with the initials R.H. was arrested last May. The public prosecution is demanding a suspended prison sentence and 240 hours of community service in this case. The man has admitted the marijuana was his, but says he normally sells flowers but never marijuana. The corona crisis would have put him in this situation.
