WILLEMSTAD - A man was shot and killed by his 21-year-old stepson on Sunday. The stepson intervened when the man assaulted his wife.
After the assault, the perpetrator shot his stepfather. His wife took him to hospital, but the man died there from his injuries. He is the third person to have been murdered in 2022.
The assailant turned himself in to the police and is now in custody.
