WILLEMSTAD - The man who caused a fatal traffic accident two weeks ago has been released for the time being.
On August 16 in the morning, a 19-year-old woman with her son in her arms crossed Helmin Wiels Boulevard when a car hit them at great speed. Both of the victims died at the scene.
The man was arrested because he might have driven too fast or because he drove through a red light. He has now been released pending trial.
