WILLEMSTAD - Many cars on the road during curfews which have no exemption or valid motive to be on the street. Remarkably often, the cars turn around when they encounter a roadblock. The police respond to this by stopping them in side streets around the roadblock.
Many cars also do not appear to have the correct documents. Cars without insurance, tax documents or inspection card will be confiscated.
