WILLEMSTAD - The corona emergency arrangement for companies to receive subsidies is not going well everywhere. This is according to Minister Giselle McWilliam.
According to the Minister of Economic Development, many companies do not have their administrative affairs in order and do not pay tax or have never done so. It is then not possible to receive a subsidy.
In others, the database of employees has not been kept up to date with the Social Insurance Bank (SVB), as a result of which less subsidy is paid.
