WILLEMSTAD - Marcelino "Chonky" de Lannoy, the current interim director of Refineria di Korsou (RdK), has been nominated for appointment as director of the refinery. Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath has nominated him and adviser SBTNO has no serious objections to this proposal.
Rhuggenaath indicated last year that a recruitment and selection procedure had started, in which De Lannoy emerged as the best candidate last month. The prime minister says that, given his professional background, De Lannoy is very well able to give substance to his position.
