WILLEMSTAD - The police dismantled a marijuana plantation in the Barbuquet neighborhood yesterday afternoon. The raid happened after a tip. A large number of plants and tools have been seized.
During the raid, the police also discovered water and electricity were being tapped illegally. No arrests were made because no one was there when the police raided the place. But the police expect to be able to make arrests this week.
