Marjo Nederlof (66) passed away

WILLEMSTAD - On Saturday, journalist Marjo Nederlof passed away. She had breast cancer for a long time. Nederlof worked from the 1980s to 2006 at Beurs en Nieuwsberichten and the Amigoe.

She became known for her collision with former Prime Minister of the Netherlands Antilles Myrna Godett, who denied her access to Forti Amsterdam. Nederlof was also the first journalist to publish on drug smuggling by soldiers.

She was 66 years old.
