WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao born Churandy Martina was the final runner in the Dutch relay team that ran the series of 4 × 100 meters at the World Championships in Doha.

Joris van Gool starts, Taymir Burnet was second man and Hensley Paulina was the third runner to surrender the baton to Martina. The goal was to reach the final, because that meant a ticket for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

The Orange Quartet set 37.99 this summer in London, a Dutch record and the third time in this year's global ranking.
