WILLEMSTAD - A 22-year-old military officer from Deventer, the Netherlands has been sentenced to 36 hours of community service for distributing child pornography. He did that when he was stationed here on Curaçao.
According to the military chamber, he distributed photos to colleagues via Whatsapp. The soldier says he regrets his behavior. He will participate in an awareness project at the Ministry of Defense about the consequences of the distribution of child pornography.
