WILLEMSTAD, BOGOTA - Minister of Economic Development Ruisandro Cijntje is in the Colombian city of Bogotá until tomorrow. There he brings Curaçao to the attention during the Anato tourist fair.
Anato is the Colombian association for travel organizations and annually organizes the Vitrina Turística fair to introduce travel organizations to the range of tourist destinations on offer. Cijntje is a guest there with a delegation from his ministry and the Curaçao tourist Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB).
This is already the 41st edition of Vitrina Turística. The fair has not been held since the outbreak of the pandemic. Now that more airlines from the South American country are flying to Curaçao, it is important, according to the minister, to promote the island well in Colombia.
