WILLEMSTAD - The Ministry of Justice and the Department of Foreign Relations (DBB) want to carry out a repatriation flight to Venezuela in collaboration with the consulate. The flight is scheduled for October 30.
According to the government, there are several Venezuelans who want to return to their homeland. In addition, there are undocumented Venezuelans staying in the foreigners' barracks at Sentro di Detenshon i Korekshon Kòrsou (SDKK) who are on the waiting list to be sent back to their country of origin.
The repatriation flight must be coordinated with the Venezuelan authorities, as there are currently no commercial flights between Curaçao and Venezuela. Others who want to join the flight can report to the Curaçao Handling Agent in Pietermaai Parking Mall.
