WILLEMSTAD - The Admissions Organization informs about changes regarding the submission of applications for a ‘Certificate of Legal Admission and Not Applicable’.
Persons wishing to apply for a Declaration of Legal Admission and Not Applicable could submit this electronically via the website www.immigrationcur.org.
As of August 1, 2020 it is no longer possible to submit requests for these statements via the website www.immigrationcur.org. Applications for these two statements must be submitted via the email intake@immigrationcur.org.
To submit an application for a Declaration of Legal Admission and Not Applicable, an application form must be completed. The necessary application forms are available on the government website www.gobiernu.cw.
When submitting applications, the following requirements must be considered:
All documents must be scanned and in PDF format in one (1) email.
The payment of fees & charges must be completed.
The application form must be completed electronically and signed by the applicant. In case it cannot be completed electronically, the application must be completed in block letters with a blue pen.
When sending, the subject, the name and date of birth of the applicant must be stated.
A separate e-mail must be sent for each person. In the case of a family, this must be reported in the message. The name of the main applicant must be stated.
Complete applications must include a copy of all documents in accordance with the list of requirements associated with the application.
When applying via the email intake@immigrationcur.org, if complete, the applicant will receive an email confirming that the application has been processed.
Persons who applied via the website www.immigrationcur.org before August 1, 2020 will be handled through this system. These persons do not have to submit a new application.
Awarding a residence permit
Upon receipt of the granting of the decision, an appointment must be made. For an appointment, an email must be sent to sita@immigrationcur.org. The message should state:
First and last name
Date of birth
Application number
Phone number
When collecting the residence permit, the original documents must be shown for inspection.
